Williamsburg Sept. 18. 1862 -

Mr. S. Moore will turn over the liquour
& wines in his possession to Mr. Douglas
and Mr. Douglas will not issue these
liquors or wines to anyone's order by
Mrs. Anderson. The Corporal who is
no in charge of them will not be nec-
-essary if they are locked up, and he
will return to the Provost Marshall's
Office.
