House, Harmon Foundation Development, 307 East Scotland Street, Williamsburg, Virginia. Known as "White City" due to the fact that all of the homes were made of white clapboard siding, the Harmon Foundation Development provided employee housing for a portion of Colonial Williamsburg's African American employees during the era of segregation.
