John Tadlock for the Consider ation of the
Sum of Eighty pounds Virginia Money in
hand paid. I have Bargind and Sold and
in open Market Deliverd unto James Mc
Murtry one Negro Girl Name Dice about
Sixteen years old Sound from any Impediment
as far as I know and I the Said John Tadlock
do worrent and for Ever define the Said Negro
from Me My heirs &c to him his heirs &c
and from any other person or persons Laying
any Just Right title Clame or demand to the
Same Given under My hand and Seal this
first Day of August 1795
