Description
Recto and verso, photograph of archaeological survey on Dana property, Williamsburg, Virginia, showing foundation remains of part of two or three colonial buildings. The remains of the earliest building on the site appears to be a forge while the latest brickwork, according to evidence found, was probably a 21 foot x 24 foot structure with a small basement with brick steps. See also archaeological drawing of Block 2, Area J and photograph N6827.
