An unidentified man holding a measuring tape against the gate in front of the James Galt House, Williamsburg, Virginia. The structure was moved from the grounds of Eastern State Hospital to a site on Block 13 opposite Bruton Parish Church and then later relocated again to Block 45-1, Building 40.
