Notation on verso reads: "Remains of 24 foot by 24 foot building foundation located approximately 43 1/2 feet W. of present Bucktrout-Chiswell House. This building had a basement with steps and a large inside fireplace which may be seen to right of photo. See archaeological drawing Block 2, Area H."
