One of a series of ten photo albums encompassing images from the late 1940s to early 1950s of sites at Colonial Williamsburg, various counties in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Great Britain. Album Seven focuses upon architecture in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia and contains overall and detail views of architectural features on religious structures, schools, shops, residences, and outbuildings. Moravian communities in Pennsylvania are documented through photographs of churches, schools, seminaries, and residences in Bethlehem, Nazareth, and Lititz. Overall and detail views of the religious community at Ephrata Cloister Museum provide further documentation of eighteenth-century religious architecture. Street scenes and detail views of shop windows and doors in New Castle, Delaware are also present. Plantation homes featured in the album include Rose Hill in Charles County, Maryland, Glebe in King and Queen County, Virginia, and Westover in Charles City County, Virginia.
