Text on verso reads: 'In the Kitchen of the Raleigh Tavern is found this eighteenth-century Bake Shop where the Master Baker plies his trade. Here the twentieth-century visitor may obtain hot loaves of fragrant bread, spicy ginger cookies, and gingerbread men baked from authentic recipes in the massive brick ovens of colonial days.'
